(Senior) Consultant Master Data Management SAP MM (m/f/d) in Stuttgart.
Optimize the Product Information Management (PIM) content, structure & process by ideating with business and process experts to identify appropriate data solutions
Deliver best-in-class product information to our internal and external customers across offline and online channels (incl. e-commerce)
Develop policies and procedures for Master Data Management and to develop standard operating procedures (SOP) and rules for creation , change and maintain data in the software solution and implementation and compliance to the defined policies and ensure updating the same on a regular basis
Recommend scope for adding new features to the existing system workflows or new workflows
Ensure that checks, balances and validations in the system are followed to ensure accurate performance
Participate in master data audits and ensure corrective actions are taken based on the corrective areas identified Support continuous improvement through enhanced quality of master data and performance improvement initiatives on a regular basis
Develop and update the training manual on the master data policies and procedures
Optimize use of the SAP system to drive efficiency and cost optimization in the entire master data process and use of technological tools to improve efficiency , bring down costs and improve transparency
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and educational concentration in a computer-based or business administration discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems) or a technical discipline is preferred
At least 5 years working with master data or other database type solutions
Outstanding knowledge in SAP MM and also familiar with variant configuration
Excellent problem solving, analytical, creative and communication skills as well as good project management and organizational skills
Operational Experience with an enterprise Data Management tool (such as SAP MDG & SAP S/4 HANA) or any of the technologies
Knowledge of master data management concepts and approaches
Able to work in a cross-functional and international team environment
Very good German and English language skills
