Project Manager (m/f) Methods & Governance - Focus on Process Optimization in Stuttgart

Tasks

  • Drive or participate in Methods & Governance tasks/projects e.g.:
    • Governance for Business Process Optimization – define and standardize BPO processes and tools aligned with other group stakeholder
    • Optimization of cross SD Processes – together with the Service Devisions (SD), Regions and Corporate Functions to increase profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
    • Evolution of SD organization – together with the SDs and other group Stakeholder
  • Independent creation of presentations as well as executive documents
  • Content preparation, taking minutes at/moderating meetings and discussions with experts and managers up to Management Level 1 (SD EVP etc.)
  • Drafting and finalizing analyzes of market data and business data - financial as well as non-financial
  • Part of an international, cross-SD team reporting directly to the Board Member Service Divisions

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree, preferably with a focus on (International) Management or Engineering
  • Relevant industry and perhaps consulting experience for at least 2 years in the DEKRA Group
  • Fluent in English (at least C1 CEFR), other language skills e.g. German are an advantage
  • Good computer skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • First/In-depth knowledge of process management and process & organizational optimization
  • Experience with process modelling tool(s)
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual strength and (first) business model insights
  • Confident and convincing appearance
  • High capacity and flexibility
  • Communicative personality with consulting strength and assertiveness
  • Willingness to travel (less than 25%)
