Start: according to individual agreement | Duration: up to 6 months |Hours: approx. 20 h/week

Tasks

  • Support of the Master Data Team in their daily activities
  • Creation and editorial maintenance of the department's intranet presence
  • Creation of documentation and presentations for the team
  • Establishment of an intelligent filing structure across different systems
  • Ad-hoc support in projects and initiatives led or supported by the MDM team and as agreed by the Head of the department

Qualifications

  • Studies in the field of business administration or a comparable field
  • Ability to communicate on-site and virtually
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent working style and strong organizational skills
  • Team spirit
  • German and English fluently in word and writing
