Tasks

Developing and producing reliable adhoc- and standard-reports for the DEKRA Group
Connecting different data sources and compiling heterogenous data sets for answering complex reporting requests
Analyzing data and statistics on international headcount developments
Identifiying patterns and trends and communicating findings to the management
Optimizing data-related HR processes and workflows
Ensuring consistent data quality across the reporting portfolio
Implementing new reporting tools
Participating in project work - such as employee survey and SuccessFactors roll-out
Aligning with different stakeholders, for example IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal
Establishing HR Analytics methodology in the global HR community

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration or Human Resources
Broad experiences in HR Controlling or related roles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of HR processes and policies
Solid knowledge of SAP BW Query, story reporting in SuccessFactors, Microsoft EXCEL
Ability to work well in a transforming HR environment - on individual tasks and in a team setting
Experience in working independently and taking over responsibility
Data savvy and high attention to detail – even under time pressure
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
