Senior Project Manager (m/f) Methods & Governance in Stuttgart.


  • Drive or participate in Service Excellence tasks/projects e.g.:
    • Project Portfolio Analytics – building up a tool to steer the Service Devisions (SD) Projects Portfolio by input and outcome KPIs
    • Business Analytics – defining together with the SDs non-financial steering KPIs for their businesses, harmonize and implement them
    • Business Intelligence – ad hoc analyze and interpret the past business performance of SDs down to service areas
    • Process optimization - of business processes used in several SDs together with Experts of the SDs and Regions
  • Independent creation of presentations as well as board decision proposals
  • Content preparation, taking minutes at/moderating meetings and discussions with experts and managers up to Management Level 1 (SD EVP etc.)
  • Drafting and finalizing analyzes of market data and business data - financial as well as non-financial
  • Part of an international, cross-SD team reporting directly to the CTO (Board Member)


  • Successfully completed university degree, preferably with a focus on (International) Management or Engineering
  • Relevant industry or consulting experience for at least three years
  • Native English or German speaker. Fluent in English (at least C1 CEFR)
  • Good computer skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • In-depth knowledge of project management, Business Analytics or Business Intelligence
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual strength and business model insights
  • Confident and convincing appearance
  • High capacity and flexibility
  • Communicative personality with consulting strength and assertiveness
  • Willingness to rarely travel (max. 20%)
