International Programme Manager Future Vehicle & Mobility Services (m/f/d)

Tasks

You will oversee and drive the execution of the short-term strategy by orchestrating & coordinating the implementation of priority services in new geographies or segments, in collaboration with relevant Service Divisions, Regions, and Corporate Functions
You will organize and agree on implementation plans and growth targets with the Regions, providing support, when necessary, in alignment with the relevant Service Divisions
Engaging with multiple "Task Forces" and Subject Matter Experts, you will regularly monitor key performance indicators and report on progress. Identifying potential issues, you will propose and implement corrective or supportive actions
You will operate within a matrix organization, collaborating closely with Service Divisions (Business Line Managers, Subject Matter Experts) as well as the 8 Regions of DEKRA
You will be actively involved in the mid-term 2030 Strategy definition process (commencing mid-2024), aimed at validating DEKRA's positioning within the Future Mobility ecosystem
Once the 2030 strategy is defined, you will oversee and coordinate its implementation, ensuring our vision to become the undisputed leader is achieved
When identifying critical bottlenecks, you collaborate with the Strategy Manager to develop concepts to address issues and provide support to the Regions
You collaborate with the Strategy Manager and the Content & Knowledge Manager in producing relevant bundled marketing materials tailored to address pertinent B2B segments

Qualifications

Degree (master) in Engineering, Economics, International business (or equivalent)
Experience of setting up and managing cross-functional teams within a large and complex organization as well as experience in the implementation of project management processes and lifecycle
Good overview of and strong interest in the development of the Automotive and Mobility market, combined with some level of technological understanding
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in testing, inspection, and certification within the automotive and mobility sectors
Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset and result orientated. Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders across different businesses, locations, and levels
Results orientation, ability to show initiative, curiosity, and autonomy
Strong digital culture, very good command of MS Office
Ability to analyze market trends, data, and insights to inform strategic decision-making
Effective communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations
Proficient in English, additional languages are welcome
