Tasks

  • You are the subject matter expert on the global Genesys call centre rollout
  • The configuration and management of call-flows in Genesys Architect including voice- and chat-bots is part of your responsibilities
  • You work with global stakeholders in various countries
  • In addition, you will provide global guidelines and training approaches and conduct training for your colleagues

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification
  • Advanced experience with a SaaS call centre solution, preferably Genesys
  • Ability do design, create, and manage call flows and scripts
  • Basic understanding of IP Phone systems, to manage that aspect in Genesys
  • Experience with creating voice-bots, chat-bots including training of intentions and utterances
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills and customer centricity
  • Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
