Head of Onsite-Support (m/f/d) Stuttgart

Tasks

  • Develop and define an Onsite-Support management strategy for the DEKRA organization EMEA North for the following countries: Germany, Netherlands & Sweden
  • High process and customer know-how
  • Support the project TISAX readiness strategy for all DEKRA Automobil GmbH: LE, Branch-Offices and stations
  • Standardization for all decentral IT infrastructure EMEA North locations
  • Budget preparation and monitoring with the aim of continuous cost optimization
  • Define and implement more efficient processes, standards and guidelines for a customer-oriented onsite-support service.
  • Ensuring Onsite-support governance and cost transparency
  • Clarify and manage business requirements for the Onsite-Support EMEA North
  • Offerings in cooperation with the responsible managers of DEKRA service divisions and DEKRA regions
  • Develop and lead the Onsite-Support EMEA North team to carry out the support for the DEKRA users
  • Identify, capture and provide monthly reporting on key management metrics & KPI’s

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 7 – 10 years of experience in IT Service Management or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides IT onsite-Support in a professional environment
  • Several years of experience managing a team of 15-20 (Onsite-Support) employees in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge in processes and customer requirements in all defined countries.
  • Experience with implementing support processes
  • Ability to effectively manage time according to changing priorities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work results-oriented even under great pressure
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Willingsness to travel
  • Very good German and English language skills
