Global Head of PMO HR (m/f/d) Germany / Spain

This position can be occupied in Stuttgart, Barcelona, Malaga or Madrid.

Tasks

  • Development & Implementation of all local, regional and global HR-related PM Standards
  • Advancing and managing common PM tools for the HR community
  • Developing and leading own HR-related (sub-)projects incl. subsequent implementation and training
  • Aligning of HR projects with corporate strategy through classification, selection, prioritization and, if necessary, cancellation of projects
  • Provide expert consultancy on local, regional and global HR strategy and project matters for the management and business
  • Multi-project management, resource management and administration of the global HR project portfolio
  • Innovative development of methods and processes for HR project and portfolio management with due consideration of agile approaches
  • Supporting and coaching of regional HR colleagues in the application of PM standards and tools
  • Establishing the reporting framework and KPIs for usage on project reports by the HR community
  • Coordination of regular communication and knowledge sharing with global HR and PM community as an integrated experience
  • Guiding regional HR project leaders with complex project setups and project moderation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably with HR focus
  • Strong professional HR experience based on practical experience in multi-project and process management in a corporate, international and cross-functional environment
  • HR management experience
  • Excellent understanding of PM standards and tools
  • Dealing with conflicts in a constructive and solution-oriented way combined with the right level of empathy
  • Ability to work in a structured, analytical and independent way with a high degree of proactively taking responsibility
  • Ability to break down complex projects into individual milestones, to meet tough deadlines, to adapt to ongoing change and to deliver high-quality results
  • Team player and influencer with very good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Business fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus
