Tasks

  • You ensure thorough preparation and confident representation during assessments by accreditation and standardization bodies, as assigned to you
  • With a sharp eye for detail, you develop, implement, maintain, and monitor quality requirements aligned with global accreditation standards – including Proficiency Testing Programs, Inter-Laboratory Testing, Client Testing Facilities, as well as managing appeals, complaints, and the follow-up of Non-Conformity Reports
  • You take ownership in shaping and overseeing quality systems and process governance, working hand-in-hand with internal Service Experts, especially when it comes to laboratory monitoring and performance
  • You develop and deliver impactful trainings, lead workshops, and facilitate knowledge exchange across global Quality and Service Excellence networks
  • In addition to quality-related duties, you coordinate assigned Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) tasks with care and responsibility
  • You also tackle special assignments with a solution-oriented and hands-on mindset, contributing flexibly where your skills are needed most

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent and 5 years related work experience or min. of 8 years related work experience
  • Knowledge in IEC 17065, IEC 17025, IEC 17021 and IEC 17020
  • Deep subject-matter expertise with a holistic view of organizational and discipline-specific processes
  • Strong project management and coaching capabilities for leading interdisciplinary initiatives
  • Experience in international product certification schemes (IECEE/ENEC/OSHA/ETICS/etc.) advantageous
  • Good communication and organizational skills with eye for detail
  • Proactive, responsive, and inquisitive – constantly looking for ways to improve and take initiatives
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willingness for international travelling
