The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis and is limited to 24 months.

Tasks

You lead the UX/UI initiative within the Customer Experience program to coordinate measures and build up know-how regarding UX/UI topics across products (eCom, portal, websites)
You anchor the topics of UX and UI in the culture of the CX program by creating a uniform understanding of its relevance and benefits, clearly and measurably formulated goals, guidelines and initial UX research methods
You introduce, ensure and evaluate a UX-driven product development process and promoting a user-centric mindset
You act as a link between stakeholders of the customer experience program (business, product owners and UX / UI designers) as well as across departmental boundaries (e.g. brand & communication, legal) to ensure that UX topics are included in planning and decision-making processes
You advise operational stakeholders in collaboration with a UX designer on UX/UI design support, analysis and user testing etc. and reviewing these against defined target metrics

Qualifications

Experience with cross-departmental collaboration, preferably in a matrix organization
Experience in the planning, implementation and analysis of UX/UI projects as well as user-driven product development processes
Initial experience in the implementation and evaluation of UX research methods (e.g. A/B testing, cCard sorting, tree testing)
Proactive management of UX/UI topics
Structured, organized and independent way of working
Analytical way of thinking as well as problem-solving and communication skills
Very good knowledge of English
