Legal Counsel IT- & data protection law (m/w/d) Stuttgart

Tasks

  • Your area of responsibility includes the support of national and international innovation and digitization projects as well as our technology partnerships
  • You advise and train on IT and data protection issues with national and international relevance
  • Furthermore, you inform and advise the management regarding data protection and monitor its compliance
  • You are responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, contract negotiations, terms and conditions and data protection concepts
  • In addition, you represent DEKRA SE and its group companies in judicial and official proceedings

Qualifications

  • State examination or comparable international legal qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an international law firm or an international group in the field of IT contract and data protection law
  • Good understanding of legal, economic and digital contexts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English
  • High degree of initiative and confident appearance
  • Teamwork, intercultural competence and integrity
