Vice President Support Center Manager EMEA (m/f/d) Stuttgart, Hungary, Netherlands


  • Develop and define a service management strategy for the DEKRA organization EMEA North and South
  • Budget responsibility for the entire IT support area EMEA, Service-Desk and Onsite Support with the aim of continuous cost optimization
  • Support of global DEKRA business projects as a stakeholder
  • Define and implement more efficient processes, standards and guidelines for a customer-oriented service desk and onsite Support EMEA
  • Ensuring governance and cost transparency
  • Clarify and manage business requirements for your global service offerings in cooperation with the responsible managers of DEKRA service divisions and DEKRA regions
  • Elaboration and provision of existing and new customer SLA's
  • Take strategic responsibility for the delivery of new services
  • Develop and lead your international team to carry out our customer-oriented services
  • Organize and prioritize work for your team to ensure critical issues are being addressed in an acceptable time frame and in compliance with internal SLAs
  • Identify, capture and provide monthly reporting based on key KPI’s together with our Incident- and delivery Managers


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and many years of experience in IT Service Management or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides IT support in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Several years of experience in managing of teams in a structure of more than 100 staffs in an international environment
  • Experience with designing and implementing support processes
  • Scrum & HDI & ITIL V3, V4 + Certification preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing, and competitive environment
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills and a strong hands-on approach
  • A self-motivated, take initiative person who can work independently and adjust to different environments and cultures
  • Proven ability to build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders
  • Very good English and German language skills
