Working student / Internship Change Adoption Training & Support (CATS) (m/f/d) nationwide

Support our CATS-Team in preparing communication material, knowledgematerial and a high level (one on one) support on CRM usage towardsdifferent level of end-users. Start: asap | Hours: min 20h/week


  • You supporte different user communities (KU, MKU, End-users) on all-round questions like R/D, KPI’s, tool handling, processes etc
  • You co-create, send and analyse yearly Global CRM end-user surveys
  • Furthermore you prepare, create & translate presentations, pulse-checks and meeting feedback
  • You support in CRM Roll-out communication (Mobilization & Adoption Campaigns, leader statement etc.) and set up MC Journeys for high level topics (i.e. CX Learning Hub)
  • You co-set-up and maintain/update CX Learning Hub content and co-create work-processes and flows in Confluence
  • You create blueprints and drafts for different topics like support model, handbooks, role and responsibility descriptions and so on
  • You support in release management (demo during Deep-dive sessions, In-app guidance etc.) and also support end-users on after Go-Live CPQ topics with focus on correct reports and dashboards
  • You continue co-create support model, handbooks, role descriptions for other products (GCP, eCommerce….)


  • Studies in IT, marketing, economics or comparable
  • Understanding/knowledge of marketing & sales processes is nice to have
  • Knowledge of supporting tools like JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Surveys and Powerpoint is an advantage
  • Eagerness to learn and fast learner of new systems (Salesforce SC/MC)
  • You are happy to work and support on SC reports/dashboards, excels and many presentations
  • You are not afraid to talk, present, teach to one on one and larger audience during online meetings
  • High Level English and high level MS Powerpoint and Excel skills
