Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion (m/f/d) Germany / Spain
This position can be occupied in Stuttgart, Barcelona, Malaga or Madrid.
Drive and promote the Diversity & Inclusion corporate vision and strategy execution
Creation of clear and engaging recommendations on the various diversity and inclusion topics, including the creation of information and learning material
Work with key leaders and partners to design and implement Diversity & Inclusion goals and initiatives focused on all areas of the employee experience, including: recruiting, retention, succession and leadership development
Influence and partner with key leaders to ensure our culture promotes inclusivity and belonging broadly, while also maintaining a sense of local identity in various locations
Keeping a tab on external best practices, benchmarking and trainings in the field of Diversity & Inclusion
Definition and execution of projects in a matrix organization with focus on change management and impact
Dedicated collaboration with relevant stakeholder groups (Senior Management, HR, Sustainability team, Corporate Communications, Employee Representatives ….)
Being the first point of contact for Diversity & Inclusion matters, engaging, advising and supporting stakeholders
Promoting a positive employee experience on Diversity & inclusive ways of working
Establish, track, report and analyze company Diversity metrics to measure effectiveness against set HR KPIs (critical metrics)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in Organizational Development, Psychology or Social Sustainability
Several years of global work experience, thereof 3 years of progressive experience in leading a successful Diversity & Inclusion function
Experience in building and managing a Diversity & Inclusion strategy, preferably in an international, cross-functional and intercultural environment
A team-oriented and skilled diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to influence, design, implement and execute programs/initiatives
Experience in successfully supporting organization-wide change efforts
Experience in defining and executing projects
Business analytics skills with understanding of KPIs and associated numbers
Ability to support and drive the various topics with both head and heart (emotional intelligence)
Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written combined with a hands-on mentality
A high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
English is required, German is a significant benefit and any third language is a plus
