Automotive Cybersecurity Consultant / Analyst (m/f/d) Stuttgart

Hybrid options preferably near our Hub locations in Stuttgart (Germany)but not necessarily a prerequisite – remote work possible

Tasks

  • Identify cybersecurity needs with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure a common understanding of cybersecurity requirements and common procedures
  • Consulting and providing guidance on the implementation of processes and technologies to achieve compliance with standards such as ISO 21434, UNECE R155, ISO 24089, or UNECE R156 according to project and customer requirements
  • Advice on specific cybersecurity topics in development, production, maintenance, after-sales as well as product related
  • Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment of Automotive Systems (TARA), derive security measures from TARA analysis and design a dedicated cybersecurity concept to mitigate the risks derived from the TARA Analysis
  • Participate in customers meetings and contribute to the success of our customers’ improvement measures
  • Reporting the results of your work as well as well-founded suggestions
  • Product cybersecurity assessment according to ISO/SAE 21434 standard
  • Support and conduct training and workshops in automotive cybersecurity
  • Develope our training offer sustainably and successfully further
  • Manage and steer customer projects related to the tasks mentioned above

Qualifications

  • University degree with one of the following specializations: Electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechatronics, software engineering, computer science, or similar with a focus on cybersecurity or related topics of relevance
  • Knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Threat & Risk Modeling/Analysis, Security Consulting, Automotive Cyber Security, and Automotive technologies
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage - either in software development, E/E architecture, IT, and/or governance as well as experience in the areas of automotive ECUs, in-car networks, protocols, and embedded systems
  • Basic or advanced knowledge in project management following international standards
  • Knowledge of all or at least one of the following standards/regulations
    • Cybersecurity Engineering Standard ISO/SAE 21434
    • Software upload engineering ISO 24089,
    • UNECE Regulation R155
    • UNECE Regulation R156
  • Aptitude for teamwork in an international environment
  • Very good communication, collaboration, moderation, and presentation skills in German and English
